Topping-Out Ceremony of the YTECO Office Tower

On October 19, 2024, An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company held the topping-out ceremony for the YTECO Office and Warehouse Building Project. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the entire site management team, An Phong successfully completed the project on schedule, as committed.

Located at 181 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, the YTECO Office and Warehouse Project covers an area of 996 square meters. The building was completed in accordance with the original plan, with a total height of 49.8 meters, consisting of 3 basement levels, 12 above-ground floors (ground floor + 11 upper floors), a mezzanine, and a rooftop stair structure.

At the topping-out ceremony, An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company was honored to receive high praise and satisfaction from the project owner regarding both the construction progress and quality.
