Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Phu Huu Residential Area Project

With the goal of quickly restoring production and business activities after the COVID-19 lockdown period, on the morning of September 23, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Phu Huu Residential Area Project (commercial name: Armena) took place in Thu Duc City. The event was solemnly held by general contractor An Phong Construction in collaboration with the project developer, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC.
The Phu Huu Residential Area Project is one of four projects approved for resumption as part of Thu Duc City's reopening roadmap. These are considered "green zone" projects that meet the safety criteria for pandemic control.
The ceremony was honored by the attendance of leaders from the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc City, various government departments, and representatives from news and media agencies.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thu Duc City stated:
"This is a very encouraging signal. In addition to restarting the economy, the project also contributes significantly to employment, social welfare, and the economic development of Thu Duc City, creating momentum for the time ahead."
The Phu Huu Residential Area Project covers over 4 hectares, consisting of 176 adjacent villas. Following multiple successful collaborations such as Safira and Lovera Vista, and with a proven track record of quality and on-time delivery, An Phong is honored and grateful for the continued trust of Khang Dien, who has once again selected APC as the general contractor for this project.
