Topping-Out Ceremony of Ho Chi Minh City's Third Tallest Commercial Tower
May 11, 2024
On May 10, An Phong officially held the topping-out ceremony for the Marina Central Tower, located within the Grand Marina Saigon branded real estate complex. The event was attended by representatives from the project developer Masterise Homes, supervision consultant MACE, An Phong’s leadership, and other partners.
Marina Central Tower is built on a land area of over 6,000 square meters, comprising 55 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels. It is envisioned to become one of Ho Chi Minh City's new iconic landmarks. Upon completion, the tower will stand at 240 meters tall, placing it among the top three tallest buildings in the city. It will feature a mixed-use complex of offices and a commercial center, with a total gross floor area exceeding 106,000 square meters. This is also the first building in Ho Chi Minh City with a basement directly connected to the Ba Son station of Metro Line No. 1.
The May 10 ceremony also marked a significant milestone of three million safe working hours on the project, paving the way for the completion of a new riverside plaza ecosystem along the Saigon River.
