We hereby issue this official STATEMENT TO CLARIFY:

1. An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company IS NOT IN A JOINT VENTURE with Hung Phat Group Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

2. An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company HAS NO PARENT-SUBSIDIARY RELATIONSHIP with Hung Phat Group Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

3. An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company HAS NO COOPERATION NOR EQUITY INVESTMENT in Hung Phat Group Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

4. All activities conducted by Hung Phat Group Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company ARE NOT RELATED to An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company, and we ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for any of their actions.

To protect our legal rights and interests, An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company has reported the matter to the relevant authorities, requesting support to investigate and clarify the actions and intentions of Hung Phat Group Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, as a basis for taking legal action in accordance with the law.

If your agency, organization, or any individual has information related to impersonation or misuse of the image and reputation of An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company, please inform us immediately so that we may request the authorities to handle the matter seriously and in accordance with legal regulations.
